Biography

Molly Margraves is a Houston native and Texas attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, landlord–tenant, and commercial disputes. She represents property owners, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including evictions, contract disputes, and real estate–related litigation.

Molly was raised in Houston and graduated from Memorial High School in 2018 (playing goalie on the State Championship Mustang Soccer Team). She spent her summers at Camp Mystic and went on to attend the University of Arkansas, earning her undergraduate degree in 2022. She later received her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2025. She was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in December 2025.

In her practice, Molly is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and practical approach to resolving disputes efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests.

Outside of her practice, Molly enjoys cheering on the Houston Astros. She values spending time with family and staying active by playing pickleball with friends.
