Biography

With a background in psychology, Kathleen Witkovski brings a deep understanding of the emotional complexities inherent in family law matters. She was drawn to the legal profession by a commitment to guiding individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, stability, and informed support. Kathleen prioritizes transparency at every stage, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their cases and the decisions before them.

As a Partner and Head of the Family Law Department at Murrah & Killough, Kathleen delivers strategic, results-driven counsel across a broad spectrum of family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorce, child custody disputes, adoption, and premarital agreements. She is dedicated to resolving disputes efficiently and thoughtfully, with a focus on minimizing conflict while safeguarding her clients’ long-term interests.
